F.A.Q.

Q. Are your treatment programs custom tailored to me? Or do you use a one-size-fits-all approach?

A. Red River Recovery Center's programs are individually designed for each client. Our clinical staff go to great lengths to design programs that meet each client's particular needs from the medical and emotional, to the physical and spiritual.

And because the effects of substance abuse reach beyond the client, we strongly encourage participation from the client's family and other people supportive of their recovery.

By designing programs that treat the entire person, we ensure that our clients receive the most effective treatment available.

Q. I am concerned about my privacy.

A. Your information is safe with us. Strict confidentiality is maintained from the time of the initial inquiry throughout the entire treatment process. You can rest assured that any and all information you choose to share with us will always stay completely confidential.

Q. There are other professionals involved in my recovery, will I have to coordinate my treatment program at Red River with them myself?

A. With your permission, we will maintain constant communication with your primary care physician, medical specialists, counselors and agencies in your community, and other professionals who may be helpful to you in your recovery.

Q. What are your hours of operation? I want to know that you will be available when "I" need you.

A. We are Always Available!   With our around-the-clock availability, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we are just a phone call or a mouse click away. You will enjoy peace of mind, knowing that someone who cares about your well-being is always available to assist you.

Q. How do I get started on my recovery with you?

A. The first step to getting better is getting in touch. For answers to specific questions, a free assessment, to talk about your particular needs, or to schedule a tour, click here.
